President and Founder
Rick Isaac is the President and Founder of Isaac Financial Services/Altitude Financial Planning. He founded the firm in 1995 after 10 years of experience as a CPA. He was a State Gold Medalist and National Award winner on the Uniform CPA exam. As a former CPA with an analytical mindset, Rick has a strong understanding of the various actions and recommendations needed to handle tax implications.
Rick holds a master’s degree in Taxation and Accountancy from Arizona State University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 31, 63, 65 and 99 securities licenses. He specializes in comprehensive financial and wealth planning, including retirement planning, asset management, risk management and education planning. His passion is helping clients achieve their individualized lifetime dreams.
In his free time, Rick and Gwen enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with their seven children and 11 grandchildren.
Craig has been serving clients since 1981 in the financial services industry.
He joined Rick at Isaac Financial Services, Inc. in 1999. Prior to that he worked with Prudential for 18 years in various capacities from Registered Representative, District Associate Manager and Regional Training Manager always focused on helping others.
He currently serves clients in the Wichita, Kansas, office. He holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from The American College and FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses.
In his free time, Craig enjoys woodworking, BBQ smoking and attending grandchildren’s activities. Craig and his wife, Becky, live in Derby, Kansas. They are blessed with three children and ten grandchildren.
Licensed Administrative Assistant and Direct of Marketing
Shari joined the Altitude Financial Planning team in January 2021. She grew up in Teller County and pursued a career in financial services following her passion for helping people and creative problem solving. She worked in banking and lending for nine years and ran her own financial services business prior to joining the team. holds her FINRA Series 65 and Health and Life insurance licenses. Shari’s career and life experiences bring a fresh perspective to the social media marketing and customer service techniques used at Altitude Financial Planning.
She attended Regis University for a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Business: Nonprofit Management.
Shari spends her free time with her son enjoying the Colorado weather, trying new recipes, and volunteering with the local Kiwanis Clubs
Executive Administrative Associate
Becky joined Isaac Financial Services, Inc. in 2008 after raising 3 children and working from home as a medical transcriptionist. She has very strong organizational skills, is detail oriented and enjoys working with clients to ensure the processing of paperwork moves smoothly and without delay.
In addition to putting up with Craig for 40+ years, she enjoys gardening, family genealogy and spending time with their three children and ten grandchildren.
